Hera, Queen of the Gods and Olympus, wife of Zeus and protector of Women, Childbirth and Marraige. Hera spent much of her time seeking vengence upon women who had affairs with Zeus. Myths most often portray her as the consumate "Woman Scorned." She is generally pictured in golden sandals, a long flowing gown with a crown or diadem and long veil.
