The exhibit features
photographic images that explore and illustrate
"goddess
theory"-the use of Greco-Roman archetypal goddesses and their respective
symbols to interpret a woman's personality: Athena,
representing Wisdom and Civilization; Hera, the goddess of Marriage
and Power; Demeter, symbolic of the Harvest and Earth Mother
; Artemis,
goddess of the Wilds; Aphrodite, goddess of Beauty and Love;
and Persephone, symbolizing Death and Spirituality.
