This site depicts
Cecil's solo show at Nexus/foundation for today's art in November 2006.
The installation includes 3 videos: Dogs-a metaphor, South Philly
Pedophile Priests, New Orleans-during, immediately after and one year
after Katrina.
Cecil and 5 friends visited NOLA in
August 2006 and documented the city almost one year to the day after
Katrina.One of the most interesting parts of the trip was that although
the travelers toured
the city in 2 separate groups, their images of documentation were
often identical.
